iKure wins the first position in the Global Sourcing Council’s 3S Award : iKure has emerged the first place winner of the Global Sourcing Council’s 2017 3s Award, powered by UN in the category of ‘Innovation via Technology’. This award category recognizes enterprises that leverage technology innovation in order to create social and environmental impact.
Established in 2008, the GSC 3S Awards program recognizes individuals and organizations that have demonstrated exceptional social and economic leadership in innovating, improving and implementing Sustainable and Socially Responsible Sourcing (3S) practices. It is the only awards program geared specifically towards the global sourcing sector and honoring both sustainable and socially responsible business practices.
The award was presented to the Founder & CEO of iKure, Mr. Sujay Santra in a grand celebration in the New York City. iKure has been anonymously selected by the esteemed judges in the panel for fostering a growing ecosystem in rural healthcare service in India.
iKure wins NDTV’s first ever Unicorn Award-2016in the category of ‘Good Samaritan Award’ for its path breaking, disruptive innovation in rural health care.
iKureTechsoft bags the South Asia mBillionthAward- 2016 for developing an interactive tool for maternal and child care assessment. The technology solution is used by iKure’s community health workers in last mile communities to detect pregnancy complications in particular (anemia and preeclampsia)and screen children between the age of (12-24) months for early symptoms and patterns concerning for developmental delays which are referred to specialists for further management.
Winner in Health care, Water & Sanitation category, received a prize amount of USD 20,000 from Wadhwani Initiative for Sustainable Health care (WISH) towards strengthening its operations in rural India, Sankalp Healthcare Awards, 2014.
